The Up-STEAM consortium gathered in Groningen, Netherlands, on the 24th of April for its final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), hosted by the University of Groningen (RUG). This important meeting marked a crucial step toward the successful completion of the project, bringing partners together to review progress, align on final deliverables, and coordinate the last phase of implementation and dissemination.
A central focus of the meeting was Work Package 5 (WP5): Dissemination and Communication, led by Inquiry Fuse. Partners reviewed the status of key deliverables, including the Project Website and dissemination resources (R5.2) and the Dissemination and Communication Report (R5.3). Discussions emphasized the importance of strengthening the project’s visibility in its final stages, particularly by increasing engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Partners also coordinated upcoming press releases, with multiple publications scheduled across partner countries, including Spain, Cyprus, Greece, and the Netherlands, to promote both the Final Conference and national information days.
The meeting also reflected on the successful implementation of the Up-STEAM Final Conference, which gathered approximately 70 participants in Groningen. Initial feedback from the event was discussed, with further analysis to be included in the final conference report (R5.4), to be prepared by RUG with the support of Inquiry Fuse.
